Sebhorric dermatitis, nothing works!

My itchy head is driving me nuts. I've used Nizarol, T-Gel, Alphosyl and Body Shop Ginger shampoo. The only one which had anyneffectnis Alphosyl, and now that's stopped working. I have Betnovate scalp solution, but that is oly for flare ups...except its now permanently flared up. What else is there?

Removing sodium lauryl sulphate from your life and ammonium lauryl sulphate too. If you are washing your hair with products that contain an ingredient designed for cleaning engines, your scalp will be irritated.

Weird,y these ingredients are in treatment shampoos as well.
