Can anybody help with my liver function tests?

Hi, had liver function tests last week as I'm being tested for coeliac disease (pending). surgery told me all OK, but I insisted on collecting the data anyway.

AST serum levels 106 (0-32 normal)...High
Serum ALT level 98 (0-32 normal)...High

Why are these so high, is this non alcoholic fatty disease? From what i can gather online, 3x upper limit is seen as v high, so something must be wrong. Everything else is normal. I do have terrible psoriasis and have done so for five years, so wondering if this is just because clearly I have a lot of inflammation in my system?

I'm just scared because I used to be a pretty heavy drinker, probably for about ten years and am hoping it's not caught up with me :(

Hi. I am no expert but my understanding was that the liver can restore itself if you abstain from alcohol for a couple of months so if you've really cut back on the drink, I would think it is unlikely to be due to your heavy drinking back in the day.
