I have a vit D deficiency as I have polymorphic light eruption which stops me going out in the sun. I use a bit d spray.
Recently my legs have been aching terribly, especially at night..a sort of burning pain.
I have been feeling so tired in the last few weeks..total exhaustion. I have a lot going on...separated and divorced within seven months ( my decision but still stressful) , Ds broke ankle 3 weeks ago before gcses so having to do everything for him.

Then got letter last week from drs to contact them re results of 2nd transvaginal scan. I'm 55 and had bleeding last summer after changing hrt.

I have an appointment next week ..the tiredness is really making me feel crap.

That is a huge amount to have on your plate ,I can't imagine how you're coping .

Have you friends or relatives that could at least offer you some moral ,if not practical ,support ?

Could you have a duvet day with a good book ? Or if you're too tired to concentrate - a couple of catelogues and the radio on low ? I know it sounds odd but works for me >

Please make sure that your GP knows how rough you're feeling .

No family but good friends. I'm not very good at asking for help Blush
I am having a day in bed today. My dcs are teens and so don't need looking after...except ds ! They are going to their dads for tea thank goodness.

I am normally a very healthy person and hate feeling like this.
