Ear lobe is swollen after piercing

I had my first ear lobe piercing about 8 weeks ago. One ear lobe has suddenly swollen double in size, is red and there is a bit of pus. I took out the stud and cleaned with the liquid stuff they gave me. But this morning it is still big hot and red! What should I do now? Thank you for advice

It says to see your GP for antibiotics straight away.

ah thanks - don't know why I didn't look on NHS page. better call docs then.
