Hey guys! I have a STINKING cold overnight and am feeling absolutely terrible.. midwife obviously off today and feel a bit silly phoning triage for a cold, so just wondering if you could help! I'd really like to take some cold and flu capsules or lemsip, anyone know if this is okay during pregnancy before I drag myself out to buy some for no reason! Lol :)

you have my sympathy I had a mega cold about 2 weeks ago, not fun with morning sickness. I'm afraid you can't take anything apart from paracetamol. My doctor just said be careful of high temperature and take the paracetamol to keep it down. I also found homemade lemon and honey helped a lot , and lots of freash fruit for the vitamin c . Feel better soon Smile
