Hi so my dd 5yrs failed her school hearing tests which confirmed my thoughts that she couldn't hear very well. I must say amazingly its not affected her speech so we are very lucky although i feel it is the cause of some 'not listening' behaviours. We were referred to ENT and she has retracted drums and glue ear caused by regular ear infections over the years. We have been given two nasal sprays to try for 4 months before grommets are considered. i thought they said to give the first (chemical) based one first then the hygiene one after that finishes but now I'm thinking it should be at the same time? Any help gratefully received xx
