I do not (as far as I'm aware) have asthma, but for the past few years every time I laugh (I mean not a little laugh) my chest gets tight and rattely.
Normally I can just try and deep breath and not laugh any more and after a few mins I feel fine.
But the last couple of times this has happened I have had to use my husbands blue inhaler to stop it.
It feels like a really bad chest infection when it happens.
I'm still shaking (30 mins) later, prob some from using this blue puffer as well.
Just wondering if anyone else gets this.
Im to scared to laugh anymore.

Best to see your Dr. If it is asthma you will need a care plan & may need a different inhaler. My daughter said she feels dizzy & her heart races for a while after taking her puffer. Best not to use your husband's inhaler as you really need a diagnosis in case it's not asthma.

I will get an appointment, although could be a fair few weeks.
The blue inhaler worked almost iimmediately, I don't know what I would of done with out it tbh.
