Stomach tender if squashed?

Sorry for the random question but do you think I need to mention this to the doctor? I have noticed when ds climbs over me that my stomach is sensitive and tender if squashed. There's no pain there unless it's squashed but it's definitely uncomfortable / I feel slightly sick if it is? And in no particular place.

thank you if anyone knows as I never like bothering GP unless need to but been feeling tired and a bit dizzy which may not be linked!

It could be a hernia. Best to get checked & mention the other symptoms.

Oh that's interesting. Ok I'll mention it and thanks for your help!
