Boob pain and discharge

I've been boob pain on and off for a while and while in the bath today, I noticed I'd been leaking from the nipple a bit. I had a bit feel about/woman handled myself and something in my boob moved.

What came out resembled colostrum but I think I'd have noticed if I'd had a baby lately. No blood, no nasty smells, but it's a bit like I've had a blocked duct that's cleared itself, and that was always the boob I had problems with when breastfeeding.

I am booked into seethe doc on Monday but I was wondering if anyone else had had the same problem? I'm 43 so the menopause is also looming.

I have had the milk like discharge before. Think it is quite common and so long as it is not bloody or green, it is probably harmless (according to what I read on Google anyway) but always best to get it checked out.

Been referred to Breast Clinic but doctor was pretty positive that there was nothing nasty lurking but needs further investigation. Some sort of intermittent duct blockage situation...
