First period after birth

Hi.
I can't remember what happened first time round but how long after giving birth did any of you have a period? I'm 10 weeks postpartum and EBF

3 months almost to the day after DS1 and 3½ months after DS2. They were both EBF but sometimes going about 6 hours without a feed overnight by then, which I have been told is often the trigger for periods starting.

Ah that would explain it then. Have major pains due to ovulating apparently and been told to expect a period in 2 weeks. He's started sleeping for 8 hours at night as well
