I'll be brief:
Upper right quadrant pain, radiating to back for last three months. Pain under right ribs when pressed. Breathlessness. Sharp stabbing pains 2.5 - 3 hours after eating. Intense fatigue. Very pale gums and lips. Very dry mouth. Dizziness / black spots in front of vision. All symptoms much worse at night. All this slowly getting worse.
Suspected gallstones initially, ruled out by scan. Had blood tests, thyroid / pancreas and liver function and c-reactive protein all normal, but something not right with full blood count (they will not tell me what, other than to say the results are "highly abnormal" .) Full blood count repeated last week, came back highly abnormal again, now want a third test to be sent for (or perhaps to?) "Haemonitics" (sp??? no idea.)
Asked what all this was pointing to, they won't tell me and are being very elusive.
Any ideas? I feel like death warmed up.
