Hi all, I have suffered with reflux for a few years now. Thought I had it under control as I stopped getting heartburn but I did have an annoying, throat clearing cough. Got this checked out and it turns out I have silent reflux. The coughing is definitely starts after eating and stops after about an hour. It seems worse if I drink caffeine so I have cut that out but it is still happening, I am now thinking maybe it's the milk. Has anyone else managed to help their reflux symptoms by diet alone? And if so, what did you do? I would change my diet completely if it would stop the reflux. I am worried about my long term health as it has gone on for so long now
