Not shouting!
Just received this and a bit confused. The instructions say not to do more than 8-10 lifts a day ( 2-step, so assume that is 8 long and 4 short in between each.)
This seems very little compared to the usual 3 x 10 lifts usually recommended - eg by Gussiegrips.
Also not sure about using a chair instead of a swiss ball.
She says your hips should be higher than the seat of the chair but how is this possible when the chair seat is flat?
