I have been ill for a year and a half. I can't work and don't go out much. Wondered if anyone else was in this situation? What's life like for you?

I've been ill for a long time too..i've struggled for many years with ME but over the last 18 months have developed vertigo and migraines..been off work since Jan and not going out much atall..it's very difficult at the moment.

I am really sorry to hear that ME is a terrible illness. Why are things especially difficult at the moment? I have an auto immune disease which is very debilitating.

You are not alone. 5 years and counting here. I've kind of made my peace with it now, and I've found ways to cope with feelings of utter hopelessness and not being in control of my own life, but life isn't what I expected it would be at this stage.

I have a very rare condition, it would out me to anyone who knows me in RL! Pm me if you want a sickness buddy.

And I'm sorry that you're going trough this Flowers
