I had a pierced nose about 14 years ago but haven't worn a piercing for at least 12 years, however where the piercing was it is quite sore and has been for about six months, it feels like a very large throbbing spot - obviously can't see inside and reluctant to meddle but do you think I should go to the doctor or am I being over the top?
