Hi
just wondering if anyone can offer any advice...
I've a 4 month old (breastfeeding) 4.5 year old (just started school) and I'm self-employed (work sort of on hold for now). Life's been good/hectic since no.2 arrived but recently just been feeling weary, achy, tired, stressed and I just want to feel healthy and well again otherwise I can feel myself slipping into a 'can't cope mode'. I feel I need a boost in the vitamin/mineral dept'. Anyone taking any supplements, remedies that they recommend for post-natal fatigue? I'm 34 and feel I'm in an 84 year old body!
Thanks if you can!
