Ok so after a violent episode of the Norovirus ...... can anyone suggest best probiotics to buy? Don't mind spending a few quid as my stomach is in hell Confused

was on the GI ward yesterday , and the consultant advised LAB4 products.
have not tried them myself but i might - a bit pricey though.
