Yep. Lots. Look a bit like tiny red pen dots.

They are totally normal but see your gp if you're worried.

MiaFarrowsWheelbarrow · 21/04/2015 19:36

Yes, the very bright pink/red ones. I have them and so does DM and her sisters so presume they are hereditary? I googled them years ago and decided they were a type of varicose vein/weak cell walls. I'm covered in them but they dont bother me...

AnythingNotEverything · 21/04/2015 19:39

Yup. My mum has them. Her dad had them. Never thought anything of them.

RachelRedhead · 21/04/2015 19:40

Me too. Not a problem. Completely harmless.

Yes, I have them on my legs and boobs. They come and go, so sometimes I have more of them. Nothing to worry about.

PurpleDaisies · 21/04/2015 19:59

Exactly as you describe! Your gp wouldn't think you were time wasting if you wanted them looking at for peace of mind but they are really common and harmless.

40slady · 21/04/2015 20:14

thank you all so much Flowers , iv got myself in knots worrying so much ...
im going friday for blood test results so will show them to her then , reassuring other people have them to ...

They're Campbell De Morgan spots aka cherry angiomas. Completely harmless. Anything like a mole which is changing or growing rapidly needs to be checked though.

Akire · 21/04/2015 20:40

I've got loads, I read they are supposed go away in few weeks. Yet years later , still there! Can be annoying if get a new large one not much can do!

junemami · 21/04/2015 20:40

Or if the spots are coming up quickly over a short space of time

40slady · 21/04/2015 20:43

these are not cherry angiomas i dont think , although i have 2 of those , these are blood dots tiny like pin head flat

just to tie up my thread as hate it when a threads dangling , my doctor said not to worry and some people do get these kinds of spots and not a concern , so feel a little calmer . Flowers to all who answered .
