Does anyone know if a stomach bug can lead to rosacea flare up?
I've had v mild redness/one or two broken veins for years (now early '40s) but since a fairly bad upset stomach 3 weeks ago my face has got pretty red, with spots and itchiness across my cheeks and chin.
I'm not sure if I should see the GP or not. Does anyone have any experience of this?
