I've been taking the Kira One a day tablets for some time now. It's been a real help.
The only concern I have is that everytime I have a glass of wine or two, I get massive headaches and severe nausea. It's happened twice and now I won't drink a drop because of it. Is this a normal reaction and is it because of the St John's Wort?
I never have more than two normal sized glasses and only once or twice a month. Haven't drunk alcohol in years so not sure if this is now my sucky reaction to alcohol or just the St John's Wort.
