Headache

Hi I'm feeling really rough at the moment. I rarely get headaches but for the last couple of days have an awful pulsating pain in the back of my head. I've been taking Nurofen Plus the last couple of days but am thinking maybe their making the pain worse.. I don't sleep well at the best of times and have had a bit of stress recently but I'm really worried as to what this pain is and what I can do to get rid of it

There's lots of reasons you can have a headache, stress, virus, congestion, lack of sleep, dehydration. They are a weak point for me. I would suggest trying paracetamol or a decongestant and go to the docs if it's no better x

I went to see my Dr my blood pressure is a bit high so she's going to monitor it..The pain has gone thank goodness but I was so worried I've never had a headache like it or last so long
