Don't have SAD but really hate dark mornings and find it really hard to get up. Wondered if this would help? Does anyone have one and what do you think of it?

Dh got the Lumie Bodyclock Advanced because because he wanted waking up gently rather than being jolted away by a blaring alarm. It does wake him up gently, (the light comes on for about 15 minutes before the alarm goes off)although he does hide under the duvet if he wakes up early on and fancies another 10 minutes

Must admit it is much easier to get up if it's not pitch black.

Any tips on where to buy from? Cheapest seems to be £60 and haven't seen any offers anywhere.

I got one with radio attached from john lewis online. Have you tried kelkoo? Its ok for waking on the dark mornings, but lovely to fall asleep to as it gradually makes the room darker
