Insect repellent in baby room

hi

with heat coming, we keep windows open a lot as our flat gets warm really fast. what is the safest way to protect our LO from any insects flying from outside?

forgot to add, LO is almost 6 weeks old.

Get one of those net thingies and put it over the window

I put a mosquito net over the cot.
