Red tiny blood spots

hi , iv been anx about these tiny little blood spots that i have , just scattered few on back and legs ... not together in clumps or a rash dont hurt itch or sore .. ....some as tiny as a pin head ...
iv googled and now terrified ....
just wondered if anyone els gets them or has them ?

Hi, how old are you? Try googling "Campbell de Morgan spots" - harmless red pinprick or slightly raised skin spots, associated with getting older (late 30s/40s+). Does this sound like the ones you have?

iv looked it up , i do have 2 like that but these are alot smaller ....and not really raised ...

I've had an increase in red spots in the skin recently - I'm late 30s. Some are little cherry angiomas (raised bumps), some like tiny pinpricks. They're bright red. I too was panicking until I looked them up! If you are worried see your GP who will be able to check them out for you.

I've had those since birth, they tend to come and go. Never thought it was something to worry about?

thanks drew really ... how many do you have? ...i have a few on my arm and legs some slightly bigger than others but there tiny red spots ...

dozens, as a child I even had one on my lips. There are more of them on the part of my skin that are dry (upper arms)
My mum just said they are blood vessels that peak out.

ok , i only have a few but like tiny pin prick blood vessels ...not raised ...
just worrying
