I recently (Jan) had a shoulder arthroscopy with nerve block. Shoulders fine but since the op I've been experiencing dizzy spells lasting nearly all day, sinus pain (no congestion) sore throat, and foggy head and sore eyes on movement. Someone suggested CMS syndrome and wondered if any one had heard of this ,xxxx
