19wk old son has a rash- blotchy and red, slightly raised and rough feeling. He's fine (no temperature, normal behaviour) Looks a bit like eczema to me. He's not trying to scrath it and doesn't seem uncomfortable though. Am trying to get him onto formula gradually from b/fed- could it be the lactose in the milk? Any ideas anyone?
