I was wondering if anyone else has this problem or any suggestions?
Sorry that this is a bit embarrassing but... I find it absolutely impossible to go to the toilet (number 2) anywhere but at home. It's a really uncomfortable problem to have.
On Friday at work it was a nightmare - I was absolutely desperate to go, but every time I went into the cubicles I couldn't. I must have tried about six times - but each time I had to wait for ages until I was the only one in there, but even then, all of the muscles just seem to be locked tightly closed, and I can't seem to push properly (sorry tmi).
At home it's completely fine.
Does anyone else have this problem or any suggestions?
