Windy tummy

Am having to cut down what I eat more and more at the moment.

No lactose, eggs, bananas and anything slightly whole grain.

All of the above result in horrid windy tummy. Really sulphurous and noisy! Super embarrassing!

I have taken probiotic tablets but they really aren't helping.

Am I just going to have to never eat shredded wheat or muesli ever again or is there something I can do to sort my gut out!

Mint tea can really help settle a windy tum.
Either use mint tea bags or if you have some growing then add some to boiling water.

Charcoal tablets are supposed to help. Avoid onions too.

Stopped bananas and anything wheaty and no more parps!

I miss shredded wheat and granola!

Will charcoal tablets make me constipated?

I don't think they'll make you constipated.

My symptoms started like this and got worse, I've just been tested for coeliac disease. Have you been to your GP?

Fennel tea helps to soothe windy tums. Just bash some seeds in a pestle and mortar, cover with boiling water and strain. Try it, it really does work. Smile
