burning feet

Anyone know what causes feet to feel like e they are burning especially at night? It's driving me m a d

I get this too. I always have to have my feet sticking out of the duvet at night and I don't know what it is either!

I've just googled it and it looks like there are about 20 different possible causes! It suggested athlete's foot and diabetes and many more. You probably should speak to your gp.

My mum has a condition called peripheral neuropathy. It's nerve pain so feels like burning. It is sometimes linked with diabetes or pre-diabetes but in her case is not, the cause is unknown. It's very hard to treat but can be managed with orthotics, strong painkillers and possibly nerve decompression surgery in the future.

When I mentioned it to my chiropodist she did a test with a blunt/sharp thing & I didn't feel the sharp ones. Not sure what that means. Booked in for blood tests at GP tomorrow

I suffer from this when I am stressed. A vicious circle as I can't sleep and get stressed etc

I've had this for years. Not every night. Does it have to be every night to be worried. I didnt think it could be linked to a condition!

I also get this my feet are burning right now I also feel My legs tingle I think I’m low in iron I’m also very stressed because I have a 9,3,2 and 5 month old to run after day in day out the stress is real , can’t think of what else it could be but it’s horrible
