recommendations for best ear plugs

dh snores like a pneumatic drill, so bad that you can hear him at considerable volume from one floor of the house to another, through three closed doors and the duvet and pillow that I ram around my ears. I am an insomniac anyway and once wakened I cannot get back to sleep. Please please please give me your very best recommendations for ear plugs that all help me sleep. begs

These. Life savers. Bought them from France but I'm sure I've seen them on Amazon. Ill post the link for the other silicone ones I used to get from Amazon

and buy a mixed trial pack. They give you 20 different pairs to try. It's important you get earplugs that fit - there are LOADS of styles and sizes and what fits one person will not necessarily fit you. I'm little with pixie ears - which are seemingly the width and depth of the Dartford tunnel lol! You can never tell until you try. I use the 3M-1100, my friend uses Sparkplugs. Very different.
