I wasn't able to sleep much last night as my left arm had a very strange numb/painful sensation in it. It has happened to me a few times. Any ideas what could cause this discomfort? I know numbness / pain don't necessarily go together but that's the only way I can describe it. Very uncomfortable all down the arm. Thanks.
