not sure whats happening!

Hi I'm 20 years old I started spotting on Feb. 7th it I'd now mar. 31 and I haven't stopped. 2 weeks ago it became really heavy like a period and lasted 10 days then right back to spotting. What could cause this?

It could be due to a number of reasons but you really need to go to your GP and get checked out.
Get an appointment made as soon as you can.

Could you be having a miscarriage?

Caulk is right Siecamp - for one person it could be contraception related, for another it could be cervical erosion and for someone else it could be related to something more serious.
Gp will examine you and send you for tests is necessary. Get that appt booked ;)
