Hello,

I am a generally itchy type (!) very eczema-prone but my eyes are driving me mad. When I rub them they get red and sore (unsurprisingly) and I am developing eczema around them- but this is as a result of the rubbing, I think, not the cause of it.

I use drops for itchy eyes which does provide some (temporary) relief.

I've just spent the morning resisting rubbing, then given in and now have ridiculous eyes again. There's no obvious actual problem like conjunctivitis.

Anyone else have this? Any tips? Thanks

Could be a hayfever. Do you have animals around that could cause it.

I use antihistamine eye drops.

I'm not sure if it's your eyes or the skin around them that's itching, but have you considered periocular dermatitis?
