For the last two days my left nipple has been so painful. I've got this searing pain going through it and if it is brushed, as in by the bed sheet, the pain is searing. My bra seems to protect it and it hurts less, but am dreading taking ,y bra off at bedtime as it's going to hurt so much again. Any idea what this could be or what I can do to help? Thank you.
