Dh had mumps + orchitis last year, he was very very ill and now as a concequence his sperm count is low. Having more tests tommorow at the Lister Fertility Clinic, but has anyone else experienced this and had a positive outcome - i.e . had another child afterwards? We have a dd of 2.4 yrs but long for another child. Have posted on the conception thread to no avail....
