Cold spot on face at random times

Just to the left of my nose, I've had a cold spot come and go at random times. This has been going on for quite a few weeks now.

It feels like when you're in the cold and you cheeks kind of sting. Its quite a small area affected and always the same place.

Have googled but haven't really come up with an answer.....

I have this after I've had a sinus problem, usually for a few weeks after a cold

Hi

I've been experiencing a cold spot (feels wet sometimes too) on my left cheekbone. It's a bit tingly. I tried to ignore it but it's becoming a bit stronger. Does anyone know what it could be? I've tried googling it but can't come up with anything. The inside of my nose is sore on the left-hand side too.

This is a good list of types of facial pain / sensation - www.tna.org.uk/pages/facepain.html - but it is difficult to self diagnose as different things can have the same symptom. Weird nerve-type thugs can come and go too in my experience. Vitamin B12 may help in the first instance.

I have cold weather / stinging pain in my cheek, which I'm told is because of a blood vessel pressing on my trigeminal nerve in my brain, but I don't have the full trigeminal neuralgia symptoms. It's confusing.
