protein shake

I am aware that, before the operation and after, Gastric band patients use a protein shake, would you please let me know the name and where to get it.

I am trying a diet based on protein

I have just checked Herbalife and it has soy. Unfortunately I am allergic to soy :(

This is what I use for breakfast www.myprotein.com/sports-nutrition/total-protein/10529951.html it's expensive but lasts a few months.

I make my shake in the blender with some raspberries and water, keeps me going until lunch time.
