breathless and exhausted

I'm 7/8 weeks preg but having a mmc according to a scan I had Monday
no bleeding yet
im increasingly short of breath and exhausted. I can't get out of bed. Only other symptom is pins and needles in left arm and hand and tinnitus
gp is calling me later after surgery but I wondered what this could be. I'm generally fit but this has been getting worse over a couple days

Have you had blood tests?

Maybe check thyroid, iron levels etc?

No blood tests I will ask for some

You've done the right thing contacting your doctor. I hate to say it but with a diagnosis of mmc and your symptoms, I would be concerned about an ectopic pregnancy, so it would be good to have that ruled out.

Hello im ok doc checked BP chest temp . Wasn't overly concerned and she has told me to rest and have blood test tomorrow. If I feel any worse at all i will go back. Thanks for your concern. By the way what would a PE present like?
