Hi Ladies, I appreciate there are a lot of similar threads on here, but I'm wondering if anyone was in a similar situation and got better just by doing pelvic floor excercises rather than needing physio and gyne help?

I gave birth to my baby boy 9 months ago, did hypnobirthing and birthed him with no interventions or any tear/injuries at all. Got back to feeling well within a week really which was great.

However, I started excercising a couple of weeks ago and my routine involved skipping. To my complete shock, when I started skipping I realised I am having a proper leakage.. sad
I don't seem to have any problems whrn coughing, sneezing etc so really hope that this is not a serious problem as I would hate to go to the doctors, get referred etc as I cannot imagine how I can find time for all the appointment while looking after a baby and husband working full time..

Would love to hear your experiences if you were in a similar situation
Thank you
