Zydol - bad reaction - anyone else?

Took this for back pain on Saturday night. Hardly slept, felt really drugged, like I'd od'd on pethidine. Spent all day yesterday feeling as though I was about to throw up. Which was convenient as had to spend three hours in cars and on trains. Anyone else had such a nice time on this drug?

well, it is an opiate, so it's not that surprising realy.
if you go back to your gp they ought to be able to prescribe something different for you

Ah, but have been fine with other similar painkillers - eg codydramol, coproxamol etc. Not supposed to have that intense reaction. Am a dab hand at opiates thanks to various op's - never had this much grief from them.

tramadol is pretty strong though, stronger than co-dydramol etc etc.
had you had much to eat on saturday? or anything to drink (alcoholic?) just wondering if that could have made the effects seem more intense
