I just want a decent sleep.

Been waking up earlier each day. 5 ish. Not going back for more than a few minutes. DH said last night, have a lie in, not 5am, you don't need to get up until nine. Yep, woke up 5.15am. I have a time mentioned or in my head and my clever body gets me up in time.

I'm so tired Sad.

Well anxiety is the usual culpret. What about a Mindful course? Then get a download, and if you wake up in the night plug yourself into it and you will soon be back to sleep.
I listen to Radio four extra all night. I have ear phones in and my husband listens to Radio four. I am not sure what it does to my eardrums but I hardly ever listen to a programme all the way through, as I fall asleep.
I sleep for 7 hours. Only anxiety will keep me awake and then I use the Mindful body's scan on my IPad.

I do have a lot going on and some days get very anxious but generally I can go to sleep okay, though not as early as I'd like some nights, but wake so early. This morning I was convinced I'd had slept in, woke as needed the loo but felt like I ignored it for ages. Whe. I got up. 7:03am. I could have cried. I'm full of cold today with a headache so plan an early night and might have a lot of warm milk!

I used to listen to Paul McKenna ICMYT so I know I can sleep with things in my ears so I will look into your suggestion. Thank you.

Well, we usually know what the cause is and the remedy. Of course we aught to be out there pounding the pavements or swimming miles and then we would be so exhausted we would sleep soundly.
It is horrible when you can't sleep though. Xx

I've always been an early riser. Pre kids I'd wake and be up at seven to start the day! Fool.
