I have always had a very regular cycle, but this month I've had spotting. My period finished a week ago but for the last couple of days I've got cramps and a substantial amount of blood, starting off quite bright but then turning brown.
I've not had this before ever and just wondered if it was anything worth mentioning to anyone.
