Horrid period type pains but no period....HELP!

Especially in my back. Has been going on for a few weeks now but seems so much worse today. Admittedly, I haven't had a period for over 2 years, but I'm sure it wasn't this bad...was it?

Ah, no, it's now developed into fullblown aches and shivers. Hell of a lead-up to flu! And it's ds2's party tomorrow....
