we didnt have curtains for ages in the girl room, just blinds. now we have blinds and curtains which can be easily washed. all bedding done at 60 degrees. air the room for at least 15 minutes a day. sweep daily, mop every other day, dust as often as possible.

not for her asthma, as its pretty much under control now (she is 6yrs old). once she started wheezing and i tried to get her to the docs but the witch of the receptionist refused to let us ghet seen. so we ended up in a+e overnight with her on a neb. she is was about 2.5years then.

i literally scoured the web for ideas on what to try. jkeeping her room as clear as possible helps her sleep better at night (no night coughing) and also keeps her eczema under better control.

oh she was on a different reliver, but it was rubbish. so doc switched to ventolin.
