What can I give 7 month old with cold? Also me while BFing.

him - Medised or plain paracetamol syrup & ibruprofen. You, er, paracetamol and ibruprofen really. PITA isn't it? I liked hot ribena with soluble paracetamol in it - I convinced myself it was blackcurrant lemsip. Must say, that if you keep taking the paracetamol, it's surprisingly effective.

No don't have lemsip while breastfeeding

everything... fuzzy head, funny ears, runny and blocked nose at the same time (!?!), sneezing, coughing, sore throat, headache, drowzy...

Avoid anything with aspirin in it. I am sure lemsip has aspirin. You can have paracetamol and ibuprofen. Cough remedies are actually a con mailnly but you can take a simple linctus if it makes you feel better. Better still trya teaspoon of honey for you. Baby will get plenty of antibodies in your breastmilk - use karvol capsules if breathing is blocked. Hope it passes soon.
