Tuesday I was redecorating and heard a click in my right hand side of my shoulder. Bit sore but didn't think nothing of it.
Last night tripped down a flight of stairs, landed on my back. Went to local out of hours clinic as raging pain in my right hand side, and my arm had gone numb, along with chest pains.
Told id just bruised the side got a cracking bruise there now sent on my way, told to take painkillers.
Been a bit sore most of the day and for the past few hours been getting what I can only describe as spasms in my shoulder and right arm. Anyone know how long this will last and any ideas on how to soothe it if possible?
