Groin pain

I have pain only on my left side in my groin to my testicle. The pain comes and goes and has been going on and off for a few days. Pain killers are becoming less effective.

Any suggestions as to what it would be?

Have you been unwell recently? Could it be a lymph node?

Not unwell no. Been better than I have for a long time.
