GP has given me a zero base cream and ab gel. What order should I apply? Also if I put make up on (usually tinted moisturiser or bb cream) do I need to leave the base to dry first? any recommendations for neutral products for face and hair to avoid aggravating it, normally use no.7/ botanics and Pantene.
