Otomize ear spray making Infection worse?

I've been using this spray for over a week now for a mild ear infection. the strange full sensation in my ear hasn't gone away. Today when I used the spray I found it really painful.

Could the spray be making the infection worse? Anyone else experienced this?

perhaps see a doctor. Maybe your ear needs to be swabbed to identify the bug. Otomize works quickly on particular bugs, so after a week of no improvement, I would be thinking it is not the right medication for you.
