Anybody else suffer with thus? Had it on and off for 8 yrs now, each episode getting shorter and milder thankfully. Fed up of feeling like I have a hangover all the way through an episode. Anybody else suffer and want to have a moan with me?!

Ooh hello, nobody in real life that I know suffers from this so it's good to "talk" to somebody who understands. I take prochlorperazine but unfortunately they make me feel even more tired, which with the tiredness I feel during an episode can be quite debilitating so I try to do without if possible. What do you take?

I took buccastem today and out of desperation took a vertigon tablet called promethazine whilst making the tea, just fallen asleep twice whilst my 7 year old was doing his reading book! ........lol. Early night for me ??
